Work on your skills with us
The safest, healthier and friendly watersports lifestyle

Squad workshops
Our popular squad workshops are tailored to the participants level. In the lead up to competition season, we run workshops specifically focused on the skills required for the competitions. At other times of the year, the focus will be on different skills.
Gymnasts should bring plenty to drink and snacks please be mindful of allergies and do not pack any items containing nuts. We do not permit gymnasts to share food in case of allergies and we would be grateful if parents could confirm this to their children in advance also.
During the breaks, gymnasts should have additional layers that they can put on for their comfort and warmth for example a onesie or jogging bottoms and a jumper.
£30 per child

recreational workshops
Our recreational workshops offer a great opportunity for gymnasts to work with our experienced coaches on their skills. These will be broken down using preps and more focus will be placed on the independent skills, meaning that it is perfect for any gymnast wanting to improve or learn something new.
A workshop also enables recreational gymnasts to meet new friends and learn from different coaching styles.
Recreational workshops are accessible to a wide range of abilities.
Just like the squad workshop, drinks and snacks (no nuts) should be provided and additional clothing layers for breaks.
